- we check the contact details of the owner and the possible protocols to be respected.
- we contact the owner directly and if we can not reach him, we contact the indicated second person on your list.
- we will communicate the contact details of the finder with an indication as to when and how to contact him.
- we will supply full telephone support with the retrieval process
- we will check with the owner that he has retrieved his item.
- we will send a reward to the Honest Citizen once the owner has retrieved its lost item.
